Short, because there is not much to say.

Almost nothing. This site has no accounts, no login, no newsletter form and no comment section. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no analytics script running on these pages.

Browsing here does not create a record we can tie to you.

When you add coffee to your cart, you leave this site and land on our Shopify store. Everything to do with your order lives there: your name, your email, your shipping address, and your payment.

We never see or store your card details. Shopify and its payment processors handle that, under their own privacy policy and terms, which you can read at checkout.

The cart link carries one thing we add: a note that the order came from Wholeness Journey Coffee Roasters. It is how the order is credited to this label. It contains nothing about you.

If you join the Coffee Club, the recurring order is managed by Shopify. Changing, skipping or cancelling it all happens in your account there.

These pages are served by Vercel, which keeps standard server request logs. Those logs are not linked to any account here, because there are no accounts here.

For anything to do with an order, a subscription, or a request to see or delete what is held about you, write to us and we will handle it or point you at the right place.
